Oh my. Prom is in less than a week, I have to wear a size four dress and I ate ice cream everyday for the last 4 days…
Looks like I better be really good this week. I did alright on airport food today, but it’s so hard to stay on track when you aren’t cooking your own food.


Lunch today was a beast of a sandwich - toasted wholemeal bread with lemon and coriander hummus, spinach, zucchini and carrot. Oh, and a few Japanese rice crackers.
You look like a fool trying to get your mouth around it, but it’s worth it.
